Bad Equipment

Yet again we have been let down by poor equipment - this time the Apple iPod which ran out of battery halfway through Dire Straits 'Alchemy' and will no longer charge! Time to give Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple a call and see if he can sort out a replacement asap.

Otherwise all is going well this morning, with steering mechanism very nearly complete...

This week's recipe of the week has to go to the good old hot cross bun.

As I am always saying to my trainee chefs "a bad workman always blames his tools". In my experience kitchen implements normally break due to mis-use or poor maintenance. I can only imagine that rather lot of both goes no in your workshop looking at the log of machine breakdowns. I am glad to see that things are running much more smoothly in the kitchen. Linda obviously knows what she is doing and is a far better cook than any of you guys are mechanics!?

Ah yes, we do of course keep all the kitchen equipment in fine condition so as not to delay any meals in any way. Workshop equipment is much less important.

It appears that Steve Jobs's job (!) is safe for another day as the ipod wasn't to blame anyway!
